I just got back from a weekend in North Carolina. Montie Schmiege, Heather Thielen, and myself went to the Davidson River campground near Brevard, where we camped with Montie’s parents. Yesterday Montie and I went to DuPont State Forest [dupontforest.com] to do some mountain biking. The day was incredible and the mountain biking there is excellent. I took my camera, but as usual was too distracted doing something to take pictures of it. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, pics here [mtbikewnc.com] and here [dupontforest.com]. It’s really a unique place to ride and always a good time.
